• The meeting was held at Arinwald and Dominique's. Meeting started at 4:10pm
• Still looking for a possible site for a fall event.
• Next years Mermaid festival was brought up. The discussion included needing more help at this week long demo. The decision on whether we would participate was a definite maybe. Final decision was tabled for further discussion.
• Doing something at Warsaw Downtown Days in the children's area was discussed and tabled for further consideration and more details.
• It was decided that meetings that fall on holidays or weekends that immediately follow a holiday will be canceled. Any important business can be discussed online.
• The announcement was made that volunteers for all positions for a fall event are still open.
