The meeting was held at Arinwald and Dominique's. Meeting
started at 4:10pm
Still looking for a possible site for a fall event.
Next years Mermaid festival was brought up. The discussion
included needing more help at this week long demo. The decision on whether
we would participate was a definite maybe. Final decision was tabled for
further discussion.
Doing something at Warsaw Downtown Days in the children's
area was discussed and tabled for further consideration and more details.
It was decided that meetings that fall on holidays or
weekends that immediately follow a holiday will be canceled. Any important
business can be discussed online.
The announcement was made that volunteers for all positions
for a fall event are still open.
