• Meeting was postponed to the first Thursday in July following the unstated rule of not holding a meeting at or within a couple days of an event. The Mermaid Festival ended on the last Sunday of June.
• A standard event wrap-up discussion on the Mermaid Festival was the main topic of the meeting. One of the main items was the amount of work that was necessary with the few people that was able to help at the demo. A couple minor problems could have been avoided if the demo had been run a little tighter (more like an event). For the most part we decided that there were no major problems that needed to be looked at for the future, but more help would be needed if we were to do a week long demo again. It was decided that if we pickup a couple people from this demo we could consider it a success. For a detailed thank you and notes to keep in mind for future demos see the event wrap-up page.
