• The meeting was held at Arinwald and Dominique's.
• The shires checking account was moved to Lake City Bank from Wabash Credit Union because Wabash Credit Union would not send the signature card to the Kingdom exchequer.
• Heralds report included that Craig (at Pennsic), Randall (at Toys for Tots) and Ironfox (at Crown Tourney) was awarded AoA's, Dominique received her Willow at Crown Tourney.
• Donation from Shirley Adams family of a sewing machine, garb, cloth, trim for gold key use as well as past issues of the "Dragons Eye" and list field banners.
• It was decided that a discussion group be set up for the shire on One List. Jean Paul and Arinwald are to be set up as moderators of the list.
• Ironfox and Dominique received permission from the group to swap officer positions. Ironfox is now the MOAS and Dominique will serve as Chatalaine.
• The idea of holding a local newcomers event next spring was discussed. It was tabled until it is determined how many newcomers that we might have that would benefit from such event.
• Holding an event in the Fall (Sept.?) was discussed and agreed upon if a site can be found in a timely manner. Dominique volunteered to be Feast Coordinator and Jean Paul volunteered to be Event Coordinator. No one was given a position until others that may be interested could throw their hat in the ring if they wished.
