May Business MeetingMay Meeting Notes


  Meeting was postponed to the first weekend in June due to Crown Tourney and 
  was held at the Wild Rose Moon rendezvous event at which most shire members 
  was in attendance. 
  The Mermaid Festival was discussed in detail and decided that the shire would 
  fund the first Sunday and last Saturday evening meal. Everyone was encouraged 
  to view the webpage and to fill in the gaps in the schedule. 
  Lady Grace FitzHugh agreed to be the shires Pursuivant thereby alleviating the 
  problem of Forester Arinwald being a regional officer and a shire great 
  officer which is frowned upon by kingdom.
